• Huckleberry Park: Recently completed, Huckleberry Park is a public park has state-of-the-art recreation fields, pet areas, splash zones, and playgrounds. It is adjacent to the entrance to the Huckleberry Trail – a picturesque 15-mile paved trail that connects Christiansburg to downtown Blacksburg.
• Starlight Drive-in: Christiansburg is home to one of Virginia's only remaining drive-in theaters, and they have great concessions! Starlight Drive-in has hours year-round.
• The Farmhouse: A converted 1800's farmhouse that's been serving great food and drinks since the 1970's. The Farmhouse also happens to be a favorite of storied Hokies Coach Frank Beamer.
• Antiques: Included in the Christiansburg shopping scene are two great antiques options. Antiques on Main in downtown Christiansburg and Cambria Station Antiques in historic Cambria.
• Local Drinks: Iron Tree Brewing pours great beers. This former warehouse turned tasting room has a great atmosphere and variety of delicious brews. Coffee lovers have several options, including the New Orleans-inspired Brew Da Bean (also features breakfast and lunch menus and New Orleans fare) and Space Rabbit Coffee - a quirky drive-thru with an amazing menu of coffee treats.
• Sweetgrass Yoga: Christiansburg is the lucky home to this amazing Yoga Studio. It offers classes for all yoga levels and workshops tailored to specific physical needs.
• Christiansburg Aquatic Center: This state-of-the-art aquatic facility houses swim competitions from around the region. It's also a great place for family recreation, birthday parties, and fitness classes. For land lovers there's even a well-equipped skateboard park!
