She went above and beyond by ordering professional photographs and a 3D floor plan to complete the listing. She answered any questions we had at any time, and was always available, even hosting an open house timed perfectly for the market. I highly recommend her.

From our first meeting to discuss putting the house on the market, she was organized, efficient, knowledgeable about the local market, and offered helpful suggestions. She had contacts for every kind of service we needed (pre-listing cleaning, professional photos, repairs both pre-listing and post-inspection), and they all did a great job for a good price and in good time.

Peg handled most of the process after we had already left the area, and we felt absolutely confident leaving things in her hands. She kept us up to date at every stage, and made everything easy for us.

Peg was a delight to work with during my home buying experience. My first home buying experience, which anyone that has gone through knows is never quite smooth sailing. But she was there through all the bumps and bends, steering me in the right direction, all the way up to the final signature and being handed the keys for my very first home.

Peg was always very responsive to any communication method I needed to utilize; either text or email. Peg was very helpful when it came time to negotiate with the seller about items found during the inspection. Not having been through this procedure myself, I did not want to ask for too much but also did not want to get bowled over either. Peg was there to guide me through the process and now I have exactly what I need/want in my new home. You could not ask for better guidance!!!

Peg took time to talk with us about or needs and get to know what we were looking for in a house. We were fortunate to not be under a time deadline. We were quite comfortable with her low pressure and friendly demeanor, and she certainly didn't bombard us every 5 minutes with updates or new houses or prod us to action. She provided some options within our specifications, and would stay in touch. When looking at houses she would make notes to find answers to questions we asked, and often had an answer in a day or less. She was also pretty available to schedule a showing not long after we found something we wanted to look into. Peg was a pleasure to work with through the buying process, and would do so again.
